Why is this so difficult?
I thought I was done with my friggin college applications, but noooo. First I went to check my application status for my safety, CSUN and it says they're missing my transcipts and test scores...I put that all in on the application 3 months ago..does that mean I have to send them a official copy of my transcipts from school

Okay, as far as CSUN, I didn't do Cal State schools, but usually you have to give your school an envelope (already adressed and ready to be sent to the university) so they can send an official copy of your transcript.
Ack, that sucks that you had to redo it! The UC app was a bitch and a half. You may want to put in a call to UC Pathways (though I don't know that number).
You MUST send your transtcripts to ALL schools you apply to. Give your college counselling office stamped and adressed envelopes as soon as you can.
But don't panic, it WILL be okay.

I'm pretty sure you can just go to the Registrar Office (maybe they'll be there over break???) and you write down all the schools that you want to send it too. And you have to have some transfer of records piece of paper signed, which, you can get from Ms Goosen as well.
So write down everywhere you applied, etc. And give it to her as soon as you can.. with that signed piece of paper, and the pink one that she gave us with all our activities checked off and stuff. That helps as well. She might also bitch at you for your graduation name, so if you haven't done that... give that to her as well.
I didn't give her any addressed envelopes or anything, she didn't ask for some. So I don't think you have to do that.
