a weird/stupid question

As I was laying in bed last night a strange thought popped in my head.  Say there's a homosexual couple who go through a commitment ceremony.  A few years later one of them goes through the process for gender reassignment and the appropriate surgery but the couple stays together.  Since they are now of opposite genders does that mean they are no ( Read more... )

It's not a weird or stupid question, it's definitely something people are starting to try to figure out. There was a pretty good article in the New York Times this morning about the difficulties facing transgender students at women's colleges (and facing women's colleges that have transgender students).

If its someone you love, it might just be the person that they love, not their sexual organs. Some people just stick by you no matter what, and thats true intimacy in my opinion.
