Opinions: We look at your opinions by the way you support them, not exactly what your opinion is
Paris Hilton: She's an interesting celebutante. Is she smart? Is she dumb? Her public antics would say the latter, but her public enterprise indicates the former. She's brilliant at giving off a false image. But I'd like to see her take a more active role in her business undertakings, instead of just being the face of them. With how much it seems like she parties I wonder how much more she does for her companies then pocketing the profit. Overall, I'm not a fan.
Britney Spears: Trailer trash fabulous lately, no? I never knew cheetos were an accessory. I realize that she just had a baby, but that was months ago and it doesn't seem like she's been very proactive in getting fit. I'm not talking back to her sex symbol body, but where she's at now isn't healthy. I feel like she's taken a turn for the worst career and personal life wise.
Drugs & Alcohol: Drugs, meh - I'm not a user, and I've never tried to be. So having no experience, I can't exactly comment. But I've seen it ruin the lives of people close to me (though, on another point, I know a smack addict who's on honour role) and that's enough reason to think they should be left alone in general. Alcohol on the other hand isn't terrible if taken in moderation, in fact, it's been linked to health benefits. However, binge drinking for teenagers isn't a terribly brilliant thing to do, I'd suggest waiting until legal age to attempt anything more than than the occasional glass.
Livestrong: Fantastic idea. Sort of unlucky that it became a fad for people who didn't even know the meaning behind it - but it gave the foundation more publicity and more funds, so no harm no foul.
Gay Marriage: I live in MA, so if any state's been facing this issue a lot lately it's this one (and, maybe CA). I'm for civil unions with the same rights as marriage, though I hate it when freaky liberals counter my opinion with "If it's not called marriage it's not the same!" Bullshit. The title honestly shouldn't matter. There's a whole explanation for my reasoning but it would take a lot more time then any of you probably want to spend reading.
Labels(as in people and cliques): Sometimes people can't help but fit into a steriotype. My HS isn't exactly your average school as far as social groups and spirit go, so I actually haven't seen much labeling firsthand. However, I'm not totally against labeling if you give the people a chance instead of just writing them off as "so && so" or whatever.
Money: It's a great thing, and the world wouldn't be the same without it. I love having money, it makes me feel safe and secure. But I also love giving it out, my family has worked with reputable charities for years and it makes me feel so great when I know other people can feel the same security I do.
Who is your role model and why: Gosh, I don't know, honestly. I've modeled myself after several people based on my ambitions. Christine Amanpour for her journalistic integrity, Princess Diana for the wonderful work she did while alive concerning world affairs, Kelly Macdonald for her marvelous skills in the eccentric movies she's done.
This community: Prep is a lifestyle.

If you could have any 3 wishes granted, what would they be?:
Yesterday I would have said for my step-brothers mother to recover, but (&& I swear I'm not doing for pity points) she passed this morning, so I guess I would go for:
1.) To save my relationship with my family.
2.) To accomplish my dream of having the perfect HS career, getting into my choice college and having a fulfilling life.
3.) To read people's thoughts slash fly slash be invisible, y'know - the fun kid stuff.
Why are you a prep?(explain please!): I just love the style. It's that great feeling when you walk into an A&F and instantly feel happier. The self confidence you have living the lifestyle, just a generally nice tone of life. That's something I think know I have.
What makes you not a prep?: My music. I tend to lean towards the emo/indie genres.
What contribution will you make to this community?: I suppose I'll be a generally preppy and active member.
Any last words?: "They may take our lives, but they'll never take - our freedom!"
