Quiet and peaceful one minute
And rowdy and loud the next.
Sometimes life is nurturing,
Caring
Holding you safely in its arms 
Then you're falling
Further and further down you go
Wondering if you'll ever 
Come back up.
Wondering when you'll feel mother natures arms caress you again
But one day she'll bring you back up
Again.
