It all looks like high quality, well sewn and well designed stuff- which puts you above a lot of other ppl already on etsy. ;) You have to be careful with fabric choices though, that last one looks more likey to appeal to someone looking for someone looking for a highschool dance dress than a lolita dress and the first one is such a bright & unique color it would either get snatched up in a second or just sit there forever, depending on if the right person came along. You also have to think about if you can really make enough to make it worth your time. I'm sure it takes you quite a while to make a quality garment, then add in price of fabric and other materials- how much would you charge and can you get people to pay that much when they can get a entire dress off bodyline or taobao for $30 nowadays. Good luck! I hope you do really well. :)

I'm actually quite surprised with how little work it takes to make a skirt... it took me only a Day probably less than 6 hours to make that one. I love my serger.
And I completely get all your points with fabric choices and colors, I've had the fabric sitting and gathering dust since I bought it when Hancocks when out of business in Stockton. >_<
I'm thinking I might post this on EGL because I don't have a lot of Friends on LJ yet....

And you are awesome *_* You always tell me stuff straight I love it.
