I got bitten by a dog last night (precisely, a Great Dane). She was waking up from surgery and flipping out, and my whole hand somehow ended up in her mouth. Ouch! I'm sorry about all the pain you're in. And I'm also sorry that, despite how painful your situation with Joey is, I must admit that I giggled out loud at "demon-spawn."

But in all seriousness, I'm sorry if I sound obnoxiously lecture-y/condescending/something here, but if you're having unprotected sex with Joey, I hope that you're getting routinely tested for STDs. He has not proven himself to be a trustworthy or caring person in any way, shape or form, so I don't believe you can take his word for anything - and dealing with something like that on top of the other pain he has caused you is not something you want. Again, I'm sorry if I'm out of line.

Yeah, I know. I've gotten tested several times over the past couple years, and it's something that I have brought up with him over, and over, and over, and he still has not done it. Which is bullshit, and I should not be continuing to indulge that shit. And I guess am not at this point, as it is. But yeah, every time I have brought it up he's kind of downplayed the importance of it because he says that he doesn't bone other people, but I keep mentioning that any sort of STI is kind of a bigger deal for me than for him, especially with an IUD where bacteria can travel up into my uterus and sterilize me or cause septic shock. But we know that that's not a Joey priority.
