Nearly lost Mum yesterday. Woke up early after hearing a strange noise, turned out it was Mum having a heart attack. Called the ambulance and not 2 minutes after her being taken into the A&E she went into full cardiac arrest, sitting in the waiting room after seeing 5 doctors running into the resus room where my Mum had just been pushed was one

Have seen people have similar quantities (or more) of heart attacks and come out the other side ok - am sure it will be the same for your mum.
