Well I have been feeling saficiantly shitty since yesterday. "N" said on Tuesday that he was going to ty and come over yesterday if his parents didn't have him doing stuff all day and would let him get out of the house. Well Thursday he told me that he was going to be out all day with his mom doing X-Mas shopping, so he wouldnt be able to come

Aww, I'm sorry to hear things arn't going as well as you like. Perhaps it may be all in your head, it's very possible you may be thinking things that may not actually be happening.

But it is very important you talk to him regardless. Be honest; he should know how you feel about things and more than likely he will explain himself as well. Just be prepared for anything though, sometimes we don't hear the things we want to hear.
