So, let’s say you’re playing a baseball game tonight, and winning that game grants you a spot in the World Series. Let’s also say that in order to do win, you have to beat one of the best pitchers in baseball, who has a history of playoff dominance, including against you.

I did notice that and thought it was interesting. But I guess it would be like Mariah Carey performing at an elimination game against the Yankees, which very well could happen on a coincidence. I would doubt it was done on purpose, because it's not like the two *had* to interact with each other (and who knows how badly the breakup was, or if they're still on good terms...some exes are). But if it wasn't a coincidence, it sure didn't work for the Indians...
