I'm not sure if credit cards are exactly the same internationally, but in the US you have to have a permanent address to have a debit card. And should you be selling him alcohol??? As long as the debit card goes through...and your business gets its money...lol I don't see a problem. lol
i see a problem. i see an old man drinking himself to death, using a drug thats sanctioned, endorsed, and taxed by my racist, corrupt government. would you say the same thing if i was selling him heroin? hey i'm still gettin paid... come on.
No I definitely see your point. What does he buy when he goes in your store. I know in the states that there is a problem with homeless people buying the small 1$ bottles of alcohol. So stores place a price amount, saying if you don't buy more than 20$ worth not to come in...or something like that. Do you think there is anything you can do to help him?
Thinking about what I just said...I'm sure stores have this policy to keep homeless people out. I'm sure they can do it because I doubt they make much of a profit selling 1$ bottles any ways. So I'm at a loss of words. But...I do see the problem you're talking about...and I definitely see how government would rather ignore the problem...rather than try to help it.
