I'm sorry you are having a tough time...just not sure all of American jurisprudence deserves the whole blame.

Obviously, it was a statement out of frustration and I realize that I cannot technically physically fuck the legal system. Although I can take a 'legal' folder and fuck it. This may not solve my frustrations with the legal system but at least I will be a bit more relaxed for having fucked the said legal folder. It is symbolism really.
Also, I don't think the American jurisprudence system deserves the whole blame, that was never stated, but I could see how it may be implied. After all, aren't laws merely societal mores and norms that have been codified...blah,blah,blah I realize that attempting to justify myself to a student in law school concerning the law would be futile. There will be always be experts that don't desire the opinions of the lay people.
All I know is I will never be one of them.

You do enjoy getting a rise out of people don't ya? Careful calling me an expert. Slightly more careful if you're calling me an expert w/ no desire for the opinions of lay people. The law would be nothing w/o people outside of it. All I'm suggesting is that the law is not the only party to the transaction in question and a person desiring to live the examined life should keep that in mind.
