Well, it seems the latest panic attack has dissipated for the most part. At the moment I'd really give anything for my magicks back to take a bloody shower,in spite of the fact casting Water on myself stings a fair bit. I'll avoid using the dregs of what rainwater we collected

A spell. Quite weak, but stings nonetheless. Far preferable to bathing in something secondhand and containing gods-only-knows what manner of disease.

In regards to keeping warm, I'm sure whatever suggestions I have you may find offensively suggestive.

It's cold water. I prefer having it done and over with quickly rather than prolong the suffering.
