It has been half a week into my summer vacation, and I must say, so far it's been pretty dull.
I was passed out onto my bed the day after the finals, which,I believe is the norm for most of us students.
A full week of test and the anxiety seems to have that effect, especially that was one course I wasn't entirely confident on.

That soul searching bike ride around the country thing kind of reminds me of walkabout [Ash has taken the Japanese words for "walk" and "about" and shoved them together], this Aboriginal rite of passage where young guys go off and live in the wilderness for a while on a kind of spiritual journey. (I'm a bit vague on this myself: I only know about it because we studied a novel in class about a guy on a walkabout and I was only there for the start of the unit.)

I'm not actually sure, to be honest. I never really learnt that much about Aboriginal culture in school, and I missed most of the novel study.

It was called Walkabout (I know, really original). Can't remember the author but I'm pretty sure it was also a movie.

I got a bit burnt the other day, but it's already turned into a tan.

I get a super tan, but I don't burn easy.
Plus, I regulate my condition well enough to not to pass out.
