reason numero uno why I don't eat meat. Thanks girl. Sometimes I need little reminders/support every now and then. I'm the only veg head I know and it feels so isolating at times. Some days, when I'm super hungry and don't have the energy to make dinner I think "it would be so easy just to go eat fast food.' But, the guilt would be immense and it wouldn't be worth it. It's good to have a reminder once and awhile.
