OMG, you were so mean to Arthur! D: *cuddles Arthur* *and Eames as well*
I thought the wife, or possibly the husband (or someone working for him), had exchanged the die. Or maybe that they were all in a really well made dream where only Arthur's totem had been made wrong. It's not like Cobb hides his totem much IRL.
I found this story to be good. I really enjoyed it. However, just so you know, you have some trouble with tense at times. Ie. in part one, "Arthur is stood," instead of "is standing." I wouldn't even mention it if it wasn't a good story otherwise. I really liked the plot. :)
this is definitely a masterpiece. it's breathtakingly, heartbreakingly wonderful, so much so that I finished reading this story twice, even though, there's no PWP -- which is my default reading type. and there's PLOT~!! i really enjoyed E's POV. love the way he HAS to hold on to Arthur to convice both of them that A's still there, in reality, with E by his side. there's no enough word in this world can describe how much I love the story and of curse, you. 'hugs'
