If you feel people are not doing their job correctly-- don't you have an obligation to remind them of things they are missing?! How long do you have to be employed to speak out/up?

I wish I knew... because at my job, the one person who doesn't do her job is catered to. Yes her son was in a car accident and that is a horrific thing to have happen, however, she needs to function so that all of her stuff doesn't fall all over everyone else... and no her work ethic has not gotten worse since the accident, its the same as it ever was.
