Some of your cons for Renyolds are false. Colleges would actually care less what school you go to. Thats why privite schools are a joke. What colleges want to see are high grades, good SAT scores, and extra activites or awards. So in your case you may not be benfieting from Salem. But I'm not benfieting from Renyolds either. I'll either leave Renyolds for another school next year or take alot of classes at the career center. So lets put it like this, Salem is a run-down shit hole of an asylum, and Renyolds is the center of all teenage drug dealers. In the long run our education system sucks ass.

I want to say that Salem is a fine institution and not a rundown shit hole, and if you look around all school's -- private and public -- have the same problems you see at Salem; including food, looks of the building... as for the building itself it is pretty darn good for its age and if the girls here took better care of it -- not leaving their shite all over and throwing their trash away, it wouldn't look so bad... personally, though, if it gives you suicidal urges... do not go... enjoy life and your school experiences.
I continued to read your journal and now know who are you. Helen, you need to talk to someone if this school is really pissing you off, because when I ask how you are you either say fine or go off on some wild tangent. But seriously, if you don't like it here, find some place that makes you happy.
