Ahh, even though I dropped out of the Hetalia fandom a while back, your snippets are bringing back all my love for it.
I also adore how you've written the Gamma and Spanner interaction! And I'm already gushing but the last snippet /killed me/, gosh, these are the best lines ever- 'Laughing amicably is, apparently, tantamount to begging: “yes, oh yes. Please. Haha, yesss, despite not being in the fandom anymore, our love for Hetalia will never die! But it was seriously a creative time in my fandom life -- I have so many WIPS for Hetalia that are old as balls.
Probably our love for KHR too...like, I still love it a lot but I don't even know what's going on in the current arc.

I'd abandoned KHR for the longest time but caught up in one go recently, and it feels like it's picking up the pace again? Or maybe that feeling's just nostalgia...

I stopped around the time Kokuyo and Varia were battling it out over Flan with a game of ladder and I remember thinking 'hey, khr is good again!' But I don't know anything past that -- only that Dino-sensei is ridiculously attractive. I never meant to stop reading it, though, so I do think I'll catch up. I totally understand the nostalgia XD it's blinding.
(my life is just schoolwork lol it's sort of boring)

I was going to say "It's because they're still in middle school," BUT THAT HAS NEVER STOPPED ANYONE ELSE BEFORE. Also KHR is still in middle school (wtf) so yeah. Poor Kagatsutsu. They have so much potential. I drew fanart so I've already done my civic duty!!
I knew it was Prussia, but the part about him getting away with it... Austria would never let Prussia get away with it!! XDDDD No sir, he'd definitely feel a musician's wrath... (also I'm not so disinclined to Prussia/Austria anymore lol. There was so little Germany that in order to sustain my appetite for Austria, I was forced to adapt to anything I could get.)

Well, I like the idea that they don't actually realize it during middle school. AND LOL I WAS GOING TO SAY AND THEN YOU SAID IT YOURSELF. ...You're right, I must serve my country.
Oh no, I didn't think it read as something he thinks he can get away with. I was thinking that Prussia would expect it, so he focuses on the reaction. maybe it makes more sense in context wuuhh
(I'm trying to remember why I included that, and there is this one scene where the main character guy wakes up in space while still a human and his blue friend provides oxygen for him. Except I think I was just trying to make a morbid Norway joke, wherein he believed every scene the characters are breathing (read: every scene) are just pointless.)

I like Takasugi/zura too! I sort of think that Gintoki and Katsura are married but for some reason I don't really ship it. I don't find a lot of Gintama fic that I actually read through (unless it's really short or porn)...but that's not saying much because I haven't seen a lot. I remember reading a serious one that was really good and even had great humor but I forgot what it was even about, which is really stupid of me lol OTL
