Ok, here goes. I don’t have internet in my room, and frankly I don’t know if I ever will. Allegedly the apartments run on wireless, so you connect and before you can go anywhere you have to log in. In order to log in, you have to give them your credit card information the first time so that they can charge you 15euro a month. I

I love reading your lj entries, they entertain me so!! BlogAbroad made such a huge mistake. New York is getting much better, and I am enjoying it much more than I was the first night. I have walked more than I did all summer and my feet are hurting but I have met some fun people and such. i may attempt a five page update relatively soon, but don't count on it. I wish calling wasn't such an expense, it is much easier than talking online. I also wanted to point out that there is an irish pub right near me named "the thirsty scholar" as well!
