Acknowledgements: I was brave (and lucky) this year and managed to claim the inestimable quickreaver for my artist, which was all kinds of fantastic. She is the master of haunting, beautiful images, and I had more ideas than I knew what to do with when it came to the piece that she submitted for claims this year.
