Poor you dude!
It pretty much sucks to be a girl, I know! Just keep reminding yourself that it's only temporary, however much the evil mind monkey trys to persuade you otherwise. I normally find a subtle combination of comedy, hibernation and drunkedness helps. But forget about hibernation today cos it's the weekend and it is the birthday of Ben so I'm sure you'll feel better!
