I guess Biden has a bit of a inclination for that kind of thing. I also heard he was forced out of the '88 elections because his speeches ripped off some British politician's speech.

Oh yeah, that was the other thing that Thompson said, that Biden had ripped off the best bits of Bobby Kennedy's speeches. Not a great idea.
