Oh wow. Very intense. The whole descriptions of the injured people and of Hermione's new state and her feelings are amazing -- they really got me into the story. For some inexplicable reason my favourite parts are the small scene in which she wakes up and wonders who is screaming, and your description of sound as invisible. Thank you very much for sharing :).
