So this was the week to start back on my workout plan, Body for Life! I hurt my back 2 months ago and am just getting ready to go back to regular life.
I am taking it a bit easy so instead of serious cardio/running, I am walking hard instead. Here is what I have done this week, and I must say, I KICK ASS! :)

It is starting to work. We have 5 weeks until our local con so I get a preview of DC about halfway through the summer! yay! Need to get Bride gown, Harley & Six done in 5 weeks :)
