Working out! :)

So this was the week to start back on my workout plan, Body for Life! I hurt my back 2 months ago and am just getting ready to go back to regular life.

I am taking it a bit easy so instead of serious cardio/running, I am walking hard instead. Here is what I have done this week, and I must say, I KICK ASS! :)

Well, I weighed in for the week and my 6 lb loss still holds. I haven't lost anymore, but haven't gained. Am adding more walking and less food once again...

great news, but plateauing can feel frustrating, keep going and have I mentioned how excited I am to do belly dancing classes with you this summer (if there are any that work)?

Weighed myself last weekend and was told 131 by two different scales. 1 more lb and I will be at optimum D*C weight! I've been focusing more on my butt lately since I've never really liked it and I figured some more muscle back there might perk it up a bit. Now just as soon as I get my skin under control (and that's coming along too) I'll be completely costume-ready! *strikes a few poses for emphasis*

When I am walking I am squeeeeeezing my glutes! I need a "C" shaped butt, not a "J" shaped butt :)

It is starting to work. We have 5 weeks until our local con so I get a preview of DC about halfway through the summer! yay! Need to get Bride gown, Harley & Six done in 5 weeks :)
