mental health I have social and general anxiety, and was diagnosed with ADHD (Predominantly Inattentive subtype) last year. I am currently being assessed for Borderline Personality Disorder. I feel like all my mental health issues affect each other; my ADHD makes me make mistakes, which makes me anxious, so I make more mistakes, and my BPD makes me super paranoid about it, etc etc. since being diagnosed with ADHD last year and seeing a psychiatrist regularly I feel like I understand myself a lot better although my mental health has also kind of got worse, which I think is maybe part of getting better.

Hey I think we might have been friends before? I'm not sure. I was diagnosed with BPD back in 2009 but it wasn't until last year that I started to get treated for it. I'm interested in getting to know more people with it.

mental health Depression and anxiety - there are times when they affect me a lot, and times when they hardly affect me at all, but they're always lurking in the background. I also have fibromyalgia and associated physical health issues, including a sleep disorder, although those are pretty well controlled by medication at present.
