Disabled LJer evilpuppy is mistreated by United Airlines, which consistently drags its feet on supplying a requested wheelchair (I'm guessing she only has to use one in physically strenuous situations, like traveling, and therefore doesn't have one of her own on hand?) and is generally assy about helping her get

I'm hoping we can get Kevin Smith's (@ThatKevinSmith) eyes on this. He recently encountered discriminatory practices with an airline - I believe it was Southwest. I'm sure he has no intention of becoming a crusader for air passenger rights, but one little retweet would go a LONG way toward getting United's attention.

Heeeee, good job. I'm sure they immediately thought back to the Southwest debacle.

This also says to me that they're keeping an eye on their Twitter mentions, and that's the one that finally made them go, okay, keeping quiet is no longer going to work for us.
