Huh. I use Evernote to sync notes between my computer and my phone, but it's mostly info I might need to use later IRL, like addresses or directions or to-do lists. I didn't know it had any bookmark capabilities.

One chime-in on Evernote: You can get their "myEN" Twitter account to "friend" you, then you can send it DMs from your phone if you're not in a position to access a "real" computer to update things. I actually use this feature all the time when I'm on public transit and come up with a horrible pun great idea for my webcomic and don't want to forget it.
