OMG OMG OMG

This clicks all the little jigsaw puzzle pieces of canon together... Vala being freed from Qetesh by a Tok'ra (will she discover a Tok'ra-incited rebellion on her planet?), Ba'al & Qetesh's "spark", how Vala learned to recognize the symptoms of early pregnancy in time to get Tomin to marry her, skills in hand-to-hand combat she might've learned from her mother or in her exploits with Jacek...

YAY YAY YAY YAY amazing work! I'm so glad the 2-year wait for this IS SO WORTH IT.

Teehee! Yes, I definitely wanted to tie in some of Vala's toughness in adverse situations, why she was relatively cool with being impregnated against her will (again!), and why she and Baal--not just Baal and Qetesh--had some history. as "Insiders" seemed to imply.

Yay! Love this! Excellent and very clever back story for our girl. The idea of them taking both children as hosts is rather chilling but totally realistic, given what we already know.
