We were a team, you and I. You had your secrets, but I knew them all. No one else knew you like I did, no one else could do what I could do.
But now you've been replaced, and now there are no secrets.
Sure, it's a lot easier to punch in the correct address with a keyboard showing only 'Gate symbols instead of having to memorize the alphabet-to-glyph index, but that's not the point.
You've been replaced, and that means I can be, too. But what would the SGC be like without me to call out the chevrons?
