So, do you remember the good old days in Elementary school when you were required to borrow from the question? Well, apparently they don't teach that anymore. So now we have 4th graders starting sentences with Because and with lower case letters, no periods and just plain laziness

borrow from the question? i can honestly say that i have NO idea what that is! must be a maryland thing, hehe. my first grade teacher was a real bitch when it came to writing. i remember getting called on to explain why a line in a poem, something along the lines " 'Cause the boat..." or something weird like that, wasn't a full sentence. random, i know, but i guess i'm just trying to say that i think i understand your point! fourth graders should be better writers than that! hopefully those D's will straighten them up!
