i must be missing something, is it the leaves that pay part that youre talking about? it means you can have sick leave, maternity leave, family sick time, etc....with pay...which is pretty cool these days. at least, thats how i read it.
ah, then i read your subject, so maybe im just taking it too seriously. been known to happen :P sleepy.

They are on trees. Does this company give you "Leaves with pay" or do they offer, "paid leave of absence" or "paid leave"
