Will power is a very powerful thing once you come to terms with, and accept, your decision. Good luck!

My advice is, instead of a goal of "not smoking", you should have a goal of overall health and well-being...so you're actually adding something to your life instead of taking away. That includes regular exercise, eating well, blah blah blah...you know the drill. I can do this with you too if you want...keep tabs on each other...besides, its almost SUMMER!

otherwise someone else will MAKE ME quit, and i'll never hear the end of it.
my mother actually used the "youre smarter than this" route AGAIN.
and said, I'm the only one in the fam that's always "sick". THAT WOMAN. i swear.
day 1.. 1 million more to go.

Thats all. Don't wish for it...don't hope you'll do it....EXPECT IT and nothing can stand in your way.
That whole "You gottta be Ready to Quit" is only mildly true because no one dictates readiness but yourself...and if you cant control "when you're ready" then thats another issue.
It was tough...and there may be slip-ups...but you shouldnt quit trying to quit.
Tony Robbins + Exercise + Lots and lots of reading up on the subject...you gotta know what to expect, know what your body will go through, prepare...then off you go.
the ONE thing that put a lot of anxiety in my head is the weight gain...average of 10lbs after the quit date. i battled that by saying I wanna be super cut by summer time....15mins of exercise daily will combat it.
GO GO GO!! YOU CAN DO IT!!
