So my little sister (26 years old) started a blog. To track her lifestyle change and weight loss. No biggy, actually a good idea if it keeps her on track

..but in this case, what you do, is anonymously contact the other blogger from whom she stole said content and say something like, "are you the original or the plagiarizer?" Monitor how that situation unfolds from afar - for all you know, hopefully one of your dad's friends will find out on their own as well that it is not worth it to contribute to some one who steals from other people's work.
