Wow, we finished watching The Player tonight, and PBS was where the TV was tuned. So I watched the last bit of a show on reconstruction, and right after that was Image Union, a show on short films. Molly Ivins, RIP
One of the great political writers has died of breast cancer. She was 62. I've enjoyed the books I've read; she was really good at making politics educational and entertaining. I'm glad I got to see her speak a couple years ago, but I'm sad that she's dead. -
Winter Clearing
We're going through the place today and cleaning out a bit. One of the things I've been meaning to do is get rid of some bits that I'm just not using anymore. New Years was awesome, I made myself look deranged and weird (but amusing) to people I knew, and people I didn't. There were pictures, there was video, there was food, there was fun.
