They have poison stingers! And so do platypi, but only the male ones. I wish I had a poison stinger :(

Wow, I just learned that there's no official term for plural platypus but you can use platypuses and platypoda and not be wrong.

hey, my family is looking for a samll dog, and I want to try to sell them on a ferret instead, do they require cages? and compainions?

ferrets do need a cage. they sleep like 18 hours a day, but when they're awake they need attention. they're okay by themselves, but two is way better than one. i had one ferret for about a year before i bought another, and i think he liked having a friend for while i was away at school.

why they're better than a small dog:
no shedding
no allergens
more personality
FUZZY AND ADORABLE
good with kids
just as easy to train (as in training not to bite, not sit and stay stuff)
won't knock big things over or cause severe damage chewing things up
they use litter boxes, so no walking or accidents
