Not glasses

I squinted at the cap of the 'glasses' from Providence and couldn't see clearly enough, so I loaded the ep and capped the shot myself, lightened it, saturated it with colour and enlarged it, all without examining it closely. And when I was done, this is what I had:

I apologize if you get like, nine copies of this; my net sucks.

The power of suggestion is amazing because I noticed what looked like glasses to me and then like, five other people agreed. And what I saw was really the leather strap and either a shadow from it or a crossed out line of text in the journal leading perfectly to the center ring.

I guess the reason I never thought twice about the strap is because the book is set at a weird position there and I just assumed that the strap (Which I think is on the back/right side) was out-of-frame.

Correcting the entry now.

Oh, I understand completely. I saw the suggestion of glasses but I'm never satisfied until I've examined the evidence closely. *g*

Yeah, I have the 350MB of the episode but it's never really enough if you can't cap it and study intently.
