Actually, if I remember anything for Jurassic Park it's that cloning long-dead dinosaurs is probably a bad idea. ;-)

I think that would work best if you were in the country or somewhere where you wouldn't stir up much panic. Otherwise- well, I'm sure a military expert like yourself could imagine what would happen. ;-)
