What a beautiful piece of fanart! I am also a puppyshipper at heart, and for me, Remus and Tonks only really married because of Teddy. Remus with who he is, was going to take the responsibility for his mistake.

Anyway, absolutely wonderful, can't wait for the next update.

Yeah, he said himself it was a mistake... I feel awfull saying that, but sometimes I was under the impression that JK brought them together just so that they have a baby who'd become an orphan. She said she wanted to kill parents because Mr Weasley got a reprieve in book 5, didn't she? And Remus and Tonks's story began in the following book... *hits her own head with a pan for saying such a thing*

Anyway, thanks a lot for your comment!! ^__^

Little personal theory: The kid never had a chance of being a werewolf. If Fenrir's non-fullmoon blood and spit and whatnot didn't turn Bill into a werewolf, niether would Remus' sperm carry the curse when he wasn't actually a wolf. And in the back of everyone's heads, they knew this, thus the one iron clad reason for Remus not running away (taking care of a kid that desperately needs his experience with the curse) wasn't gonna happen. So I don't think of him as a coward for wanting out IF he said ahead of time that he didn't want kids, and then one happened by accident. Not like he's the bread winner in that situation afterall ( ... )

Merci toaaaaaaaaa!!! ^_^

This is just beautiful. Regardless of whether or not he really loved Tonks (and I'm on the fence about that one), I do believe he would have been thrilled to have a child. *hugs him* :)

ok this is just my opinion on the whole him freaking out about tonks being pregnant thing and their marriage in general...
i think the reason he didn't want to be with her was because he loved her too much to let her be with someone so unworthy as his self image...and thats why i think it wasnt too rushed for their marriage...becuase he really did love her.
and then i thought that the reason he wasnted to leave was because he was feeling guilty again...he thought he had created a werewolf baby who would hate his existance and the usual thought that he would be a bad father.

But I love the picture and i definetly felt the same as you when Remus was so happy about his son.
