can you learn to not fall asleep while reading? can this become a "habit" as my anthro text says, or is it innate? i think i might have to switch away from coffee and more towards crack coccaine.

The only books that've never put me to sleep have probably been the James Herriot autobiographies, Harry Potter and David Sedaris/Austin Burroughs.

During finals last semester I tried going for the sugar high. A pack of starbursts seemed to do the trick.
