Yesterday, Tom and I were going out to dinner. We were headed down Foothill Blvd when Tom noted that a car that had veered ahead of us was now driving in the parking lane at full speed. Tom said something like, "that car needs to slow down" and as he said that, the car rammed into a parked motorboat on a trailer at 35-40 mph, crunching up the car ( Read more... )

Sounds like the guy could have been so messed up that he wasn't even qualified to judge if he was too messed to drive. Sad really. Hope he had good insurance!

Not five minutes after I read this, Reno found out that a SoCal fencer was killed this weekend by a drunk driver going the wrong way down the interstate with no headlights. Weerie.
