Life and the desire to reach your happiest apex, to my mind is all relative. The person who leads a simple life with nature probably has a very different happiest level than a CEO for a major corporation has.

I agree the second approach is the healthier and perhaps wiser approach.

yeah, i've always been a giving person, so maybe that's why i believe in the 2nd approach.
