So, I now work in the only ER in a fairly small town. One might even call it a college town. The college is one of those huge schools that could be anywhere in the world, as far as the students are concerned anyway. Is there a difference between getting shitfaced in Nebraska or California? I would say that the chance of drowning in the ocean is greater in California when inebriated. That's about it.
