I went to see 'The Weather Man' this afternoon. I urge you all to go and see it, I was so impressed. I won't give a plot run down or anything like that, I knew very little about the film so had very little expectations of it which is just how I like it. I prefer seeing movies when I don't quite know what they will be about, or how they will go and

I also love going to see films that I know absolutely nothing about beforehand. Especially for plots with twists, knowing nothing in advance really helps build up the mystery and makes the movie so much more enjoyable. I'm so glad I didn't even read a plot summary of Matchstick Men or The Island before seeing either of them. I shall check out The Weather Man without reading anything up on it first, but it'll probably have to be after it comes out on DVD, boo

I totally agree with you, films are much more enjoyable if you see them with very little plot information. Man, everyone really is going to Zane Lowe on Friday. I will be mega jealous if I'm still ill, perhaps I should get a ticket anyway, just in case.

Maybe this week would also be a good week for a pub lunch with everyone, I miss people already. How does The Garden House sound? Of course it will have to be either before or after The OC, so around 2:30 ish? Spread the word people and I'll sort something out. I'll put a proper message up once my head stops hurting. xxx
