Weeeeell It's about time I made a tutorial, right? Well it's my first tutorial so I appologize if it seems so pathedic. . .XDD;;

As Requested, I (Finally) made a tut C:. I Actually just started reading Eureka SeveN so we'll use Eureka as a stock. (or choose your own, bitch).
Color in your stock. I used:
#F41515 at Lighten
#64E0FF at hardlight
#FFEDDE at Multiply
#EA49DC at Multiply
#38D1B2 at HardLight
#FFC21F at Multiply
Now, go back to your Black&White Stock.
COLOR BALANCE:
Preserve Luminosity: ✘ (unchecked)
Midtones: +9 -10 -27
Shadows: +100 +24 +10
Highlights: +66 -20 -28
(Adjust settings If Needed.)
Merge Visible. C:
Duplicate Layer and set to SoftLight I boosted the Master Saturation to +30. Adjust settings/opacity if needed. (Or skip step if needed xDD)
Now Im going to take this
texture by xswaniconsx and place it on top of everything at Multiply. Notice how I adjusted the texture to however it fit my icon best. :D :D :D
Now, Take your Duplicated softlight layer and drag it to the top of the texture. Set it to SoftLight (I set mine to 100% Opacity)
Selective Coloring (Relative)
Reds: -55 +17 +15 0
Yellows: 0 0 -30 0
Greens: +22 0 0 0
Cyan: +10 +7 0 -7
Whites: -7 0 +6 0
Neutrals: -16 0 +34 0
Blacks: +100 +100 +100 +100
Hue/Saturation Layer:
Saturation +8
Merge Visible !! :D
