Let's ride bikes! part one

My sisters and I are thinking about going on a bike ride around Lake Constance in southern Germany next spring/early summer. To that end, I'm going to take advantage of the balmy October weather and get some weekly riding in (maybe until the snow flies) to see if I could do an actual tour. The ride we are looking at is an average of 20 miles a day

YaY Cindy. I think you'll find that 20 miles a day on the level is eminently doable with just a little training.
