Urgh, sorry to hear it.

I always felt that hot weather triggered hot flashes. Oh! thinks the thermoregulator. Heat! Heat good! Fhooomph!

It was a trigger for me, too, when I was flashing a lot.

The only comfort I can offer is that it will (probably) pass. Small comfort, for sure.

I'm doing so well this summer that I'm wondering if this is a foretaste of old lady-hood. Will I be shivering and reaching for an extra shawl come winter?
