But...come on... don't try the morally superior thing if you are going to resort to name calling.

look who we are talking about here. :)
Blow them off, that's what aggravates them the most. They want you to start with them, and as part of a professional medical team you don't want to act like them or stoop to their extremist levels.
It's laughable, just wave and go about your business unless they are causing a patient or an employee harm.
