For you law folks out there, how does this impact clinics and clinic security/defense workers since 1994 freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act?

I'm just a 1L, but I see no impact. FACE is still good. They just can't prosecute under RICO (which honestly, was always a pretty tenuous thing anyway).
