References for Application

I'm filling out the application to escort locally, but I've run into a problem. The usual references I use want nothing to do with PPH, including a phone call from them to be a reference for me. Why do I tell them it's PPH? They ask. They prefer to know who (or what company) to listen for. So, how bad would it look to only put down the two ( Read more... )

yeah - from what I recall of my application, they wanted pro-choice people to vouch for you so they know you're not a psycho. I had friends and local NARAL people vouch for me -

Well, I'd imagine yes, but it doesn't specifically say that. I'd also think they'd want real references, not just a bunch of random people I know. This issue is finding people I've worked with that are pro-choice. I live in a rather pro-life state.

It's also not as if finding out someone's stance on this comes up in normal coversation at work. So really, I didn't know where these people stood. It doesn't normally matter when applying for a job.
