In escorting news: regarding cold. I layered like crazy this morning. I believe that Ugg boots are the best ones I have found so far for cold. Superior to Sorrels. A warning though, Uggs do not deal so well with snow; it is difficult if not impossible to make them waterproof.

Also, I was a bad escort today - I argued a little with a protestor. Cause she was telling me that she sees girls being forced into the clinic by their parents all the time. I had to respond that while that is terrible and should not happen, HER GOAL was to force ALL girls to give birth!
She wants to appear like she's all about saving these girls from pressure, but the reality is that she wants to apply the ULTIMATE pressure to them - the pressure of the government outlawing the choice they may want to make.
So, I made that point. But surprise surprise, I failed to convince her of the rightness of my cause :) oh well.
The protestor today assured me that she saw me as an individual, not just as an escort. I kind of didn't know how to respond to that. I am more than just an escort, of course, but my choice of activity says a lot about who I am.
